Passap

Draft, Arsen to confirm

Partner Terms

The terms between Passap and a venue, museum, theatre, cinema or event organiser that sells tickets on Passap. Version 2026-11-06-2. Passap is in testing and these terms are a draft.

Who we are

Passap is operated by [TO FILL: company legal name], [TO FILL: registered address], registration number [TO FILL: registration number] (“Passap”, “we”). “You” is the organisation named in the application. Questions: [email protected].

What Passap does

Passap sells tickets to your venue in its iPhone and Android apps and on passap.co.uk, as a reseller for you. You provide the visit, performance, screening or event and are responsible for it.

Once your application is approved, you get a venue admin on Passap. Your schedules, opening hours, sessions, ticket types, prices and barcodes live there, and you keep them up to date.

Your listing

Everything you give us (names, address, opening hours, ticket types, prices, descriptions, logo and photos) must be accurate and yours to use. You let Passap show it, translate it and use it to promote your venue on Passap, for as long as you sell with us.

We check every application before the venue goes live and can ask for changes, or decline an application, with a reason.

Prices

You set your official prices. Passap sells at exactly those prices: the same price a visitor pays at your box office. We never mark up your tickets.

Commission and fees

Museums, attractions, theatres and events: Passap keeps a commission of 7% of each ticket sold, unless another rate is agreed with you before you start selling.

Cinemas: no commission. Only the payment network’s fee comes off each ticket (the cost of processing card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments). Where a venue pays no commission, buyers pay a small service fee per paid ticket, shown in every price before they buy.

The application form shows what applies to your kind of venue before you send it.

Payouts

We pay your share of each sale to the bank account in your application, [TO FILL: payout schedule, for example monthly, within 10 working days after the month ends], with a statement of the sales. While Passap is in testing, payments run in test mode and nothing is paid out.

Bank details and tax IDs are kept encrypted and shown to Passap staff only masked.

Tickets and entry

Each ticket sold on Passap carries a barcode from your venue admin. You admit every valid ticket sold through Passap, on the same conditions as tickets sold at your box office.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel a session or close on a day you sold tickets for, cancel it in your venue admin as soon as you can: buyers are refunded automatically and told why. A refund for your cancellation is taken from your next payout, together with [TO FILL: who bears the payment fees of such refunds].

Whether a ticket can be refunded otherwise is yours to decide, per ticket type, and we show it to buyers before they pay.

Buyers’ data

Buyers are Passap’s customers. We share with you only what you need to admit them (for example a name where the ticket carries one). Use it only for that, keep it safe and don’t use it for marketing without the buyer’s consent. How Passap handles personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

Your venue admin

The person who applied gets the venue admin’s first sign-in. Keep passwords safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has signed in. What’s done in your venue admin is done by you.

Ending the agreement

Either side can end this agreement with [TO FILL: notice period, for example 30 days] written notice, or at once if the other side seriously breaks it. Tickets already sold stay valid, and you admit them.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by [TO FILL: governing law and courts]. When they change, we publish a new version here and tell you by email at least [TO FILL: 30 days] before it applies.
