Lazy Huri

Play · 120 min. The play tells the story of a girl who does not like to work. Her mother tries in every way to accustom her to labour, because after marriage she will have to take on the household chores. But all the mother's efforts prove in vain. Uri marries a seemingly wealthy merchant, but does not change her behaviour and goes on idling. In the end the mother finds an unusual solution that finally helps settle the situation. Uri's husband gladly accepts this solution and takes on the whole burden of the household work.
