Anush is a five-act opera by Armen Tigranian, with an Armenian libretto based on Hovhannes Tumanyan's 1892 poem of the same name; it tells the tragedy of a peasant girl whose short love affair ends in loss and death because of conflict between her lover Saro and her brother Mossy. This staging at the Spendiaryan Opera and Ballet Theatre is directed by Gegham Grigoryan.
