Draft, test phase
Delivery Terms
How Passap delivers the tickets you buy. Passap is in testing and these terms are a draft. Last updated 3 November 2026.
Who delivers your tickets
Passap is run by Primesoft LLC, 30 Sevkaretsi Sako St, Yerevan, Armenia. The venue’s or organiser’s ticket system issues each ticket and its barcode; Passap delivers it to you.
How tickets are delivered
Tickets are electronic only. We don’t send paper tickets or post anything, and there is no delivery charge. Your tickets are:
- in the Passap app, in the order;
- in Apple Wallet: each ticket is its own pass with the venue’s barcode, added from the app or from the order page on passap.co.uk on an iPhone, iPad or Mac;
- on the order page at passap.co.uk, signed in to the same account (My Tickets): each ticket shows its QR code, for phones without Apple Wallet.
Show the ticket at the entrance. If an order is refunded or a performance is cancelled, its Wallet passes update by themselves and stop being valid.
When tickets are delivered
After you pay, we ask the venue to confirm your order. Your tickets are delivered as soon as the venue confirms it: they appear in the order in the app and on passap.co.uk. Until then, the order says it is being confirmed.
If the venue can’t confirm
If you paid but the venue can’t confirm your order, no tickets are delivered and the order is refunded automatically to the card or Apple Pay you paid with. Our refund rules are in Help & Support, under Refunds and Cancellations.
Sending tickets to your group
You can share the whole order or a single ticket by link. Anyone with the link can open those tickets, so send it only to the people in your group. A link stops working a day after the visit, and you can switch it off at any time.
